1. ECB focus:  more play……. Casual play…….. All Stars Cricket (children’s project)
2. £30million divided by 6 years, divided by regions, divided by counties, divided by focus clubs, CRUMBS
3. Numbers means money
4. Umpire training: new rules
5. David Gower tutorial invitation 13^th March….15 minutes slot
6. Birmingham and county leagues explained plus junior pathway
7. Consideration for dialogue with Worcester Evening League

1. Adverts to be encourage 50% of income retained by team
2. Sponsorship ditto
3. Team pages to be developed
4. Playing conditions to be reviewed and offered in more detail where deemed necessary
5. New ECB rules to be embedded
