FINANCE remains around £3,000. Horn and Trumpet and West Hagley have yet to produce their registration fee. The committee decided that a fine of £50 be imposed should this not appear before the end of January. The treasurer will remind them once more.
It was agreed to purchase 4 dozen pink balls, (bulk order reduced price) to make available to clubs at cost.
It was agreed that umpire fees should be £15, up one pound from last season.
Sponsorship invoices have been issued WILDEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATES £1,000, NEAL DELO £100
Income during 2020 should exceed expenditure
HANDBOOKS are being addressed by the chairman attending to the minor changes discussing printing with CP
FIXTURES have been prepared and the draw for the various cup matches made. The season commencing on 22/4 with two weeks of ten ten. The league programme starting of Wednesday 6/5 for five weeks followed by two weeks of cup action, followed by three more weeks of league, one of cup, two of league and finally the three weeks of cup action. This has all been detailed. All matches are wherever possible to be played on Wednesdays
The finals will be shared between Chester Road, Stourport, Quatt and one other venue. Dates are to be confirmed.
UMPIRES’ posts are looking reasonably complete with just one or two names to be confirmed.
OTHER: A circular is being prepared for the attention of all teams to confirm that they are compliant with ECB directives namely.
