Committee Meeting – February 2020 – Wilden Cricket League

MH has revised proposed fixtures so that Cup SFs will be on 8^th July giving ample time to play before finals as scheduled
Senior/Junior Cup draws based on league standing after 5 matches – fixtures will be published after 3^rd June round of games.
Finals – venues :
- ABMT & plate at Chester Road, KDCUA & plate at Quatt
- 5^th August Plates at Chester Road and one other. Bewdley to be approached.
- 12^th August Cups at Chester Road and Stourport (tbc).
Meeting agreed to sign off fixtures – MH to send to clubs when all club contacts confirmed

MH had received a good response from club to request for details.
Clarification need from Stourport San Marino of second contact (Sarah Williams?) (NH to help ?)

WIECL needs to address issue of DBS contacts and how to store securely their contact details in light of GDPR
WIECL needs to consider policy and practice for meeting GDPR requirements
MH/NH/GG to review template for collecting data from clubs including captains/vice captains /welfare officer/DBS approved persons/First aid officers to incorporate GDPR requirements.
MH/NH/GG to consider required WIECL GDPR policy and practice ready for General Meeting in March

Timetable for production dependent on date of General Meeting in March
Proposal to change date of General Meeting from 10th March to 31^st March to give longer time to produce handbook
If we retain 10^th March then deadline would be 21^st February with final approval draft for printing by 2^nd If 31^st March then final approval draft by 9^th March.
Speak to NH before confirming meeting put back to 31^st March
