HANDBOOKS were sorted stacked and collected by team reps with the exception of 4 which Geoff volunteered to deliver.
The committee were concerned to learn about the RECENT DEVELOPMENTS AT WVCC and their potential influence upon future league sponsorship. All the committee are card holding members of WVCC. They unanimously decided to sign a declaration authorising the WVCC Secretary to cast their 8 votes at the next WVCC meeting in favour of protecting the Leagues interests. This was signed by the Chairman on behalf of the committee.
THE FINANCES are as follows: Deposit £1868; Current £1362.
Horn and Trumpet paid their registration fee with just West Hagley to come (transaction error!!)

NEW TROPHY for the Audrey Burley Cup was agreed to be a shield
UMPIRES: Some clubs have qualified umpires who are also current. Where appropriate, when they are not involved as players, they may be appointed to games. No person under the age of 16 may umpire.
DBS FOLLOW UP with certain Alveley nominations and others yet to complete the process. H & T to check their DBS status
WORCESTER CITY POLICE FIXTURE to be checked by Howard (this is now in hand)
PROTOCOL FOR FINALS is to be drawn up and to be agreed by all teams playing in this league’s finals.
